Computers for Late Starters: 8 week courses for absolute beginners and intermediate learners

Introduction to Excel: Learn the basics of Excel in this special 4 week course

Introduction to Internet and the Web: Learn how to send e-mails and explore the web

Digital photos and the computer: have fun and learn how to correctly print, sore and e-mail digital photos

Walking Group: Meet every Friday morning at10:00 at 200 Alma Road

Drop -in-art: Free Art activity every Tuesday afternoon 3:00 - 4:00

50+ Rummytiles Group: enjoy playing this traditional board game, afternoon tea and a raffle

Participants are free to use all equipment including weights and cardio machines at their leisure. A gym instructor is available to show participants how to use equipment and to assist with a gym program tailored to your needs, if you wish.

Racquets are supplied, coaching is available to participants every second week. This group caters to beginners as well as experienced players.

Bus pick-up available, participants are free to use the various pools at the centre

Bushwalking

Approximately every 6 weeks.

Bus pick up

Bushwalks are held on a Saturday; the group of participants are keen walkers that escape the city in two buses for the day. BBQ lunch is provided by walk leaders.
