libraries provide loans of books, CDs and DVSs, talking books,
magazine and more. All libraries provide computer access but you
will need to book. Library notice boards provide a wealth of
community information and local events.

The Home Library Service is a free delivery service for residents
of Port Phillip who are unable to visit the library due to
ill-health, frailty, disability or recovering from an operation or
injury, whether on a temporary or permanent basis.
