COVID-19 UPDATE
In adherence with current restrictions and to keep the community safe, all of our Social Inclusion Programs are currently on hold. As soon as it’s safe to resume, we will let you know.

In the meantime, it’s important to keep active, especially in this time of change and uncertainty. Going out for walks is great for physical and mental health, and if you have access to the internet, there are many free yoga, gym and fitness classes to participate in. Keep well and we look froward to seeing you all when the programs resume.
